Crystal has spent her career serving thousands of people and countless organizations, helping them to grow their businesses, work more cohesively as a team, achieve greater success and create more joy on a daily basis.Crystal is a lifelong learner, having a personal passion for personal and professional development. She is a graduate of Hoffman, Landmark, the Dale Carnegie Program and has extensive experience working with professionals to help them lead their teams more effectively and with greater passion and purpose.Crystal's personal life revolves around her husband and family, philanthropy and adventure! She is an extreme adventurer and ultra-distance athlete. She has completed 14 Ironman Triathlons and 2 self-supported, multi-day, 273km adventure races! She's also cycled across Canada on the first-ever Tandem Bike to cross the country! Crystal has also raised over 1.4 Million dollars for charity through her sporting adventures. Crystal has received the prestigious Peter Legge Philanthropist of the Year Award among her peers at the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers. Crystal and her husband enjoy the great outdoors, reading, travel and spontaneous road trips!
