Originally from Melbourne, I began my journey in the fitness industry over 30 years ago. In 2010, after moving to Tasmania, I discovered Zumba and instantly fell head over hips in love with the program. Since then, I have been dedicated to teaching Zumba for over 15 years, bringing my passion for group fitness to the dance floor, where I believe people truly come to life.Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of hosting numerous trainings, master classes, and events, all while mentoring and developing new instructors—a role I am deeply passionate about. For me, Zumba is more than just a workout; it’s a space that is inclusive, welcoming, and empowering, where everyone can feel a sense of belonging.My classes, inspired by the sparrow, are designed to create an environment where participants can experience the joy, community, freedom, hope, and self-worth that these little birds symbolise.Now living in Brisbane, my vision is simple: to provide genuine and loving spaces where everyone is free to move, be, and inspire.
