Hi, I’m Danny Benz — a Florida local based in beautiful Jupiter. For over 20 years, I worked as a service provider and educator in the beauty industry, and spent more than a decade creating a safe space for the community through my salon here in town.Along the way, my own journey through anxiety, stress, chronic pain, and sleep challenges led me to explore many different paths of healing — from modern medicine to ancient practices. Of everything I tried, breathwork had the most profound and lasting impact on my life. It taught me that as long as we have air in our lungs, we always have access to healing.After experiencing incredible shifts through breathwork, I felt called to share this gift with others. I became a Certified SOMA Breath Instructor and am currently completing my Advanced Certification to offer even deeper levels of healing work.SOMA Breath combines guided meditation, music, and breathing techniques inspired by Yoga and Pranayama. It’s an accessible, powerful way to reconnect with yourself, release stress, and cultivate peace from within.My mission is simple: to help as many people as possible discover that they have the power to heal their own mind and body — starting with the breath.I’m excited to welcome you into a space where you can breathe, relax, and come home to yourself.
