I started my first business with £3k when I was 25 and sold it to Private Equity when I was 36. The company had annual Revenue Of £22m And EBITDA profits of £2m.Several years later I purchases the same business back which had declined to annual Revenue of £8m And losses of -£500kWe turned the business round re-selling the company with annual Revenues in excess Of £31m.I now own several companies and use these systems and processes in all of them.The difference between myself and most other business coaches is, I live the entrepreneurial life and have experienced first-hand the pains, the highs and the lows, and not just read the books!
