Dealán Dé Pilates, a tribe for all.An old Irish word symbolising the Butterfly and the passing of one light to another.Dealán Dé is a safe open positive space for anyone who wants to transform, learn, grow physically and spiritually.It’s a place to turn when you need a friend, engage in a hobby, go to an event all while aiming to improve your mental and physical state through movement.Blending specific style and spiritual classes with a social community element.I want to welcome everyone to join in on the adventure of Dealán Dé.
