I am a fellow traveler on the journey of life, learning to navigate the twisty turn-y and bumpy paths that life on this earth provides. I have found that cultivating a healthy mind, body and spirit as well as healthy relationships helps me to live at my best life. I am starting Walk Like Elijah Ministries to share what I have learned in 25 years as a Jesus follower and licensed mental health professional and to offer coaching and seminars along side my counseling business as I look toward retirement in a few years. My retreats will function as an interactive workshop with some teaching followed by a personal activity, and ending each section with a little table discussion and large group sharing time. We will have a deeper dive into how to cultivate health in our minds, our bodies, our spirits and our relationships, working with what we have and making the best of it! I hope you will be encouraged and inspired by what you see and hear when we have time together!
