So that in the long term they can create a positive culture whereby employees recognise that both their mental and physical health are supported.Working 1:1 with individuals or smaller groups I provide the tools to help you learn to recognise, understand and manage stress and worry, that if left unchecked, can lead to anxiety, depression and a feeling of overwhelm.MY BACKGROUND:The first 22 years of my career I worked for Mercedes-Benz, climbing the corporate ladder. Following an unexpected redundancy, I decided to start a new career path in the Health & Wellbeing space. During this time, I have supported hundreds of people to get more active and eat healthy using various behaviour change tools for long term overall wellbeing, mental health and physical health.
