Challenge yourself to take on 5k every day in December and be part of a growing community of people around the world going the distance for Sue Ryder. It doesn't matter how you take it on, with your friends, with your family or on your own, this challenge is for you.Whether you run, walk or jog, this challenge is for you. The event was started by Jackie, Mark and some friends in 2015 after Jackie's Dad received amazing care from Sue Ryder in the last few months of his life. The challenge has grown from 13 participants in the first year to over 550 last year, raising over £100,000 for Sue Ryder to date.It doesn't matter how you take it on, with friends, with family or on your own.
