Hello, I'm Deloris R. Surrell, an independent etiquette trainer and consultant. I'm determined to become the best version of myself, and I'm passionate about encouraging others to do the same. I believe that when we're equipped with knowledge, we're confident in how to handle any situation. I want to encourage people from all walks of life to develop the mindset to put their best foot forward. I train in business etiquette, communication etiquette, dining etiquette, social etiquette, and children's etiquette, with an emphasis on international protocol. My material is customized to the needs of individuals and groups of various sizes, offering polished personal and professional development in table manners, telephone etiquette, introductions and greetings, conversation and listening skills. Special emphasis is placed on social etiquette, as I believe this is the talent most needed to redirect society's mindset for clearer thinking and demonstrating the "golden rule": first to love oneself, and then to demonstrate love and kindness to others. Social etiquette defines what is acceptable behavior in any social situation and provides the expectations society is to follow to coexist and live peacefully.
