Denola earned both the Bachelor and Master of Science degrees and after a successful career as a scientist, transitioned into Human Resources where she spent over 20 years in that field.  Denola is a Certified Speaker, Trainer, Coach with The John Maxwell Team, is a certified DISC Behavioral Coach, is certified as an HR professional from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) and the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI-PHR) and is a member of the Independent Book Publishers Association.  Denola is an author and publisher and strives to develop and nurture individuals and organizations to achieve their goals.
