Dessie Underwood

Dessie Underwood, Ph.D. is a retired professor from CSU Long Beach where she taught ecology, entomology, introductory biology, and served as department chair for Biological Sciences. She and her wife, Wendy Willis, founded DW Farms in 2024, where they offer California native and drought tolerant plants for the Paso Robles area. Plants are available for adoption that serve all your landscaping needs including borders, lawn alternatives, container plants for patios and sun rooms, bank stablization and more!
