About Deya Wellbeing,My name is Laura, and with nearly 20 years of experience in the health and wellbeing industry, I bring a wealth of expertise and passion to every event I host. My journey has been shaped by a global perspective—spending 8 years working on luxury cruise ships and living in various parts of the world, where I honed my skills and deepened my understanding of holistic wellness.As the former Group Spa Director for Champneys Health Spas, I led a team of over 450 therapists, overseeing transformative wellness experiences for countless guests. Now, I’m dedicated to sharing my passion for wellbeing through intimate and meaningful events.Why I Love Sound HealingSound healing has become one of my greatest passions because it offers a profound opportunity for deep relaxation and true connection. In a world that often pulls us away from ourselves, for me sound healing was the only practice that would help me relax and switch off in such a busy world, sound healing invites us to slow down, step out of our busy minds, and reconnect with our bodies. Through the soothing vibrations of sound, we can create space for stillness, self-awareness, and restoration.I believe in the power of giving yourself permission to pause, breathe, and simply be. Sound healing provides a meditative journey that promotes clarity, calm, and healing on both a physical and emotional level. It’s not just about relaxation—it’s about coming home to yourself and cultivating balance in a way that feels deeply nourishing.What I OfferI host sound baths, cacao ceremonies, meditations, workshops, and design intentional wellbeing treatments, creating spaces for individuals and teams to relax, reconnect, and restore balance.
