Hey there!A lifetime of adventures, learnings and experience has led me to this point and it feels good to be here.The whole intention in life is to feel good and working with you as a coach, a guide, a teacher, a leader or a facilitator is good fun and helps me to help you feel good!What do I do?Basically I'm a human mechanic - I work with your body and your mind - focusing on relaxation and restoration through various treatments, classes, workshop events and retreats across Australia and online. I work with your body using hands on therapies such as ortho bionomy, trigger point relief, guided meditation (the mind controls the body) and relaxation treatments while using natural medicines such as herbs, essences, essential oils and tinctures to assist in your shift.After more than 15 years of constantly learning and working on all kinds of humans with all kinds of concerns I have collected a lot of training, most of which is in human mechanics (ortho bionomy, relaxation therapies, medicine, personal training, massage, mindfulness and energetics), nutrition, natural & functional medicine, plant medicine - including aromatherapy. But there is also the additional work I have done in leadership, coaching and organisational development that strengthens my ability to work with a variety of people in a space where logic may not always be involved.We can work together in person or online, especially for the mental work which is often a process that you need to step up to and do the work on in your own space and time - I'm just the guide.Cheers!Be.
