I am a licensed clinical psychologist, speaker, writer, and mindfulness guide. Since October 2021, I have been designing an outdoor wellness program based on Acceptance and Committment Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion and other mindfulness-based therapeutic techniques. I have a wide range of experience and training, from an honours degree in Biology and Biochemistry to children's entertainment to Clinical Psychology.
