Dynamic Meladies Singing Group for Women (Glasgow)

About

We are Sheena and Karen from Dynamic Meladies and, since 2016, we've been running singing groups and courses (in Glasgow and online) helping women develop their voices and learn to sing with confidence.Our weekly classes cover vocal techniques designed to strengthen voices and develop vocal range enabling women to have more confidence in their sound and increasing their enjoyment of singing. They provide opportunities to sing alongside like-minded women, developing a sense of a warm and inclusive community. We perform a wide range of material, especially arranged to suit the group dynamic. To assist the learning process, we offer recordings of all of our classes, along with other resources including audio tracks for practice. There is also the option for women to join us live online if location or circumstances prevent them from being in the room with us.We are often approached by women who have little experience of singing or who have been told they "cannot sing". In response to this, we have created and developed a 12-Week Beginners Singing Course which happens periodically throughout the year. From there, many women go on to join one of our regular groups.
