Edmonton Insight Meditation (EIM) is a community (sangha) of practitioners of Buddhist Insight (Vipassana) meditation. Our practice rests within the early Buddhist and Theravadin tradition as practiced at the Buddhist Insight Meditation centres at Spirit Rock, California and Barre, Massachusetts.We are an Edmonton based group that organizes insight meditation retreats locally and offer monthly Saturday morning meditation sessions and dharma talks at at Riverdale Rink House. Since the pandemic, these sessions have moved online to Zoom. We can be reached at edmontoninsight@gmail.com for further information.
