Elene is a psychotherapist and breathwork practitioner with a global, grounded approach to healing. She is devoted to women’s wellbeing and to supporting deeper connection through the body–mind. Guided by curiosity, stillness, reflection, and embodied awareness, she curates retreats and workshops that invite softness, presence, and return. Elene has led workshops and retreats internationally, creating restorative spaces where participants feel safe to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.
