Elizabeth and Jim Flocchini live in Sandpoint, Idaho and are ongoing students and advanced trainers at EKAM, where they met 10 years ago.Elizabeth has been facilitating transformational workshops for over 20 years. She has worked corporate management; has been a designer in the beauty industry; a teacher of teachers; a successful business owner; and, a yoga & meditation teacher. She was instrumental in the creation of Inner Peace Initiative (IPI), bringing mindfulness and meditation into the workplace to create greater focus, higher productivity, and a greater sense of inner peace. She lives in northern Idaho with her husband Jim, where they enjoy the lakes, herb gathering and nature in all its seasons.Jim is an herbalist, landscape designer/gardener, educator and father, and has a deep connection to plants and nature and a loving concern and care for people. Together, with his wife Elizabeth, they own and run their medicinal herb company "Alchemia" in Sandpoint, Idaho. Jim has been a student of evolving consciousness since he was very young and has been on the Ekam path since 2012. Jim and Elizabeth are passionate and dedicated to being stewards to humanity's evolution in consciousness.At the foundation of their rich lives is a common belief: the only way to create lasting change in the outer world is to make a radical shift in our inner world.
