Emily Jo Wiadro

Emily Jo is a certified teacher and integrative yoga therapist with over 700 hours of training. Her training includes a variety of styles (Iyengar, Ashtanga, and therapeutic), and she enjoys blending them through her lifetime of kinesthetic knowledge as a dancer. Emily has been teaching yoga for 25 years and is an advocate of its unique healing benefits. She teaches a fully accessible class that specializes in offering mindful movements, lots of options to modify for more ease in the body, and organic transitions. Following your own body wisdom will be encouraged repeatedly. Her hope is that you finish her classes feeling grounded and refreshed, so you might move through the rest of of your day with clarity and compassion for yourself, and others.
