Hi, I am Emma, I’ve been a complementary therapist, healer and musician for the last 25 years, I am now 51. Over the last few years I have been studying Taoism, Tantra and Druidry and am passionate about healing, both our individual selves and the Collective, including Our Mother, Gaia.I am aware that by working on ourselves to release past emotional wounds and trauma we are enabling healing on a collective level. I believe we are all Spirit having a physical experience and in order to evolve we must face our fears and whatever we feel has been blocking us: ‘there’s no way out but through’.My Somatic workshops are designed to support embodiment and to enable participants to release ‘stuff’, potentially emotional baggage, in a safe, held environment. Our blocks can be our greatest teachers…As a professional relationship and intimacy coach I help highly accomplished people who struggle with anxiety, depression, addiction and other disordered behaviors, to feel satisfied by their success. As a result of our work together, my clients finally break free of self-destructive patterns and are able to navigate painful emotions. By learning about themselves and implementing the techniques and tools I offer, they can deeply integrate, embody, and experience their innate power, wholeness, and magic.
