Empowered Spaces

Empowered Spaces is a compassion-focused, equitable, and inclusive healing collective specializing in trauma-informed and embodied healing, well-being, and community care. We view health and wellness services as collaborative work that has the power to heal trauma and promote health and resilience on both the personal and collective level. We believe that everyone deserves access to the health and healing services that they need to lead an empowered, authentic, creative, and joyful life. We strive to cultivate safer spaces where people can feel and be seen, heard, understood, and valued.As a values-based and purpose-driven collective, we are rooted in care and belonging, trauma-informed and somatic healing, community empowerment, and anti-oppressive and justice-driven practices. We are redefining what it means to be in authentic community, to embody wisdom, and to reclaim one’s wholeness, all the while working for greater social change and a just world.
