Endless Therapy Lounge is a mental health and wellness space founded by Wafa Naseem, a Registered Psychotherapist based in Ontario.Our mission is to create meaningful, inclusive spaces where people can reflect, reconnect, and feel seen — especially those navigating complex identities, cultural expectations, and healing journeys.Alongside virtual therapy, we offer creative, hands-on workshops that blend mental health tools with self-expression, storytelling, and connection. Whether through art, journaling, or intentional making, our events are designed to gently hold space for growth, community, and emotional wellness — in a way that feels personal, approachable, and real.
