Improving life chances for children experiencing Social, Emotional and Mental Health challenges (SEMH).Engage in their future is the national association for school leaders within the SEMH sector of Special Educational Needs.Our principle aims are to provide networked peer support, the sharing of good practice and to provide a collective voice in order to improve the standards of our schools and the education and welfare of the children with whom we work.
