Hi, my name is Esti. Welcome to my community of healing and wellness! I got introduced to Sound Healing Meditation in 2020. I stumbled upon a class unintentionally which was being offered at a yoga studio I had just started attending. I was hooked from the very first session after seeing the incredibly transformative power of sound. Entering a sound bath session was like entering another realm, where everything was calm & peaceful. I began attending sessions every Monday evening and wouldn't miss it for anything!Sound Healing Meditation has brought me so much inner peace and has helped me become more grounded and in tune with myself. This, together with yoga has really improved my life. Once I began seeing these positive results in my personal life, I developed a desire to share this healing with others and to create a community for healing, wellness & connection. I took a one on one training and began facilitating my own Sound Healing Meditation sessions and that is when Serenity Waves was born.I have a tremendous passion for this and love sharing healing and growth with others. Whether you are experiencing physical or emotional pain or simply want to improve your wellbeing and connect with yourself and other likeminded individuals, Sound Healing Meditation provides the perfect environment to do so.
