I have been working in Health and Social Care settings for the last 25 years. My experience comes from being a registered nurse to quality and compliance roles as well as training and CQC management positions.From the start of my career, my passion has been driven by wanting to provide the best for people that use services and as such my focus has been to deliver high quality training.The inspiration behind Chrysalis Training and Consultancy is to support services to deliver best practice standards to the individuals they support. This starts with great leadership and effective high quality training.
