Hi, I’m Allison – a Naturopath based in Mudgee, NSW, and the founder of Fundamental Wellbeing. With qualifications in naturopathy, nutrition, and Western herbal medicine, I help people get to the root of their health concerns, with a big focus on gut health, stress, sleep, and hormones. My approach is real-world and relatable – no fads, no fluff – just practical, natural health support that fits into your everyday life. Whether it’s through one-on-one consults (in-person or via telehealth), educational content, or my cheeky wellness podcast Wednesday Wellness with Wine, I’m all about making wellness simple, sustainable, and a little bit fun.
