Two Georgia boys with a love for Southern BBQ and a taste for adventure followed their dreams west to Colorado. After losing their jobs during the Great Recession, they turned to what they knew best—BBQ—and began delivering brown-bagged Southern goodness straight from their Boulder apartments in 2010.Their passion quickly gained traction. By July 2011, they opened their first BBQ shack in a cozy 100-year-old house in Longmont, serving up slow-cooked Georgia-style BBQ, homemade sides, and sweet tea with a dose of Southern hospitality.As word spread, so did the demand. They expanded to Frederick in 2014, complete with a patio and bar. In 2017, Georgia Boys BBQ was named the best BBQ in Colorado by the Travel Channel and featured on Food Paradise.The 2020 pandemic didn’t slow them down—they launched a food truck to safely serve their community. In 2022, they opened a third location in Greeley with all-season porch dining. Today, Georgia Boys BBQ offers food trucks, full-service catering for any size event, and retail sauces found across Colorado.Our Greeley location is more than just a place to eat—it’s a place to gather!
