Hi! My name is Liga. I am a Psychotherapist specialising in trauma treatment.I apply an effective integration of Somatic Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).These theories are supported by the neuroscience of trauma treatment, a field of research fast becoming vast! My blended approach works with healing all the myriad and interconnected systems of the body.I am passionate about providing a safe space for women to heal. Both in my private practice and through workshops and group therapy.Workshops and group therapy are a powerful and effective way for overcoming trauma. They reduce social isolation and make you feel seen, heard and understood.The women who have come away from my group workshops report that they feel lighter, more connected and joyful.I often have repeat customers, which helps to form a really connected group over time.
