After completing an amazing yoga teacher training program I found savasana or corpse pose to be my favourite pose of class. However, it was there I was first introduced to meditation. After learning meditation through incredible instructors from Lifestyle Meditation and Chopras Primordial Sound Meditation I'm looking forward to sharing that knowledge and space to assist others on their life journey.
