Jolyn Armstrong is a trauma and grief recovery specialist who works with individuals and families navigating some of life’s most painful chapters—including those impacted by incarceration. As someone who’s walked through deep personal loss, Jolyn brings compassion, clarity, and proven tools to help others heal. She uses her training in DBT and polyvagal theory, and her skills as a somatic practitioner and certified breathwork facilitator to help her clients regulate their nervous system and reclaim peace, purpose, and connection.
