Hi, I’m Liz — a healthcare professional, wellness enthusiast, and community connector at heart. I’ve always loved working out and taking care of my body, but during COVID, I felt a deeper pull — to create something meaningful that could bring people together and inspire healing on every level.That calling led me to launch Greater Wellness Holistics — a space where mind, body, and spirit wellness can be explored, shared, and celebrated.I’m also a proud wife and mom of two, and my world truly revolves around my family. Everything I do — whether it’s hosting events, helping others feel seen, or connecting with others - is rooted in love, growth, and purpose.
