Ground Control is a Mixed Martial Arts Performance Center that has been around for almost 20 years. Women, Men, and the Youth come here to train and practice Jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Wrestling, Boxing, and MMA to improve our lives and the lives of those around us. Our Martial Arts program not only provides mental, physical, and emotional health benefits to those that train and practice with us, it also provides a practical self-defense application that has been proven to be useful in the real world. Members train efficiently and at a high level because they're trained and coached by professionals. Nevertheless, there's never any pressure to compete or spar. Most of our members are hobbyists and with established careers, and therefore the majority of our membership base consists of beginners and amateurs. It takes a unique person to have the will, desire and ability to compete, and we will provide that conduit. Nevertheless, whether hobbyist or aspiring professional, our program and coaches will provide everything that one would need in order to achieve one's goals. We're open and training everyday of the week. From time-to-time we host seminars with the most talented martial artist in the world.
