Halton Haven Hospice provides specialist palliative care to people from Halton and surrounding areas who are living with terminal conditions. The specialist palliative care we provide focuses on supporting patients physically, psychologically, and emotionally to enable them to carry on living the lives they want to live for as long as possible.Our hospice is open to everyone and our care is provided free to those who need it.
