I'm Anne-Marie, and I'm a craftoholic! I adore crafting as a way of maintaining work-life balance and to help promote healthy mental wellbeing. During my teaching degree (PGCE) I lost my son, David. I needed something to help me cope with my loss so that I could focus on helping support my daughter who was about to embark on her GCSEs, a tricky task at the best of times, never mind after losing her older brother.This method of coping with grief evolved and became an obsession. My teaching background of 14 years and my love for sharing positive wellbeing strategies led me to creating crafting sessions where we could meet like-minded friends and enjoy learning a new skill.I have a full, clear enhanced DBS which is on the update service so you can feel safe in my classes. I am all about equality and absolutely everyone can join in!
