Stephanie has had a lifelong passion for all things spiritual, starting as a child growing up in a home that was active with spirits and fully drawn to the rock beings (including a closet full of rocks collected on walks!).Drawn to the subtle energies as she grew up, in the early 2000’s she became a Reiki master. In 2017 she received her 200 hour Kundalini Yoga certification and began teaching Kundalini Yoga along with incorporating sound immersion journeys. She is now one of Marylands most experienced and sought after sound vibration practitioners, weaving various instruments into a melody of healing and comfort. She continues to have the rock spirits in her home, surrounded by highly prized crystals but also still collecting those beautiful rock friends found in her everyday environment.She has added Yin Yoga, Yoga for Mental Health, Trauma Informed training, and is currently in a 300 Kundalini Yoga intensive, that is incorporating comprehensive Ayurvedic teachings with a Doctor of Ayurveda, and Enneagram, all of which are brought together in her many offerings. As a life long seeker, she is constantly learning, adding, growing.She believes strongly and wholeheartedly that everyone possesses the incredible ability to heal themselves, but she also understands that from time to time, we all need a little bit of assistance and space holding navigating life.
