The Healthcare People Management Association is the professional voice of people professionals in health and care.Established 50 years ago, we now have over 5,000 members ranging from HR directors and deputy directors through to trusts and CCGs.Our aim is to support and develop the people profession to improve the people management contribution in healthcare and ultimately improve patient care.We have a strong branch network that covers the whole of the UK, and we set and promote the highest standards in People Practices.
