Heart and Soul Adventures

As a teacher, mother of 4 and Forest Therapy guide, I notice a change in how children engage with the world around them. Heavily reliant on screens, young humans are no longer taking risks in the outdoors. They are missing out on learning to listen to their inner voice, their intuition, while taking risks.Heart and Soul Adventure camps seek to empower your daughter to be confident and brave in the natural world while adopting the value of being a land steward.Activities include morning circle and connection, community snack,sit spot, journaling, exploration, fort building, quiet reading time, nature art and crafts and building relationships with local flora and fauna and building a deeper relationship with oneself, with the guidance of Mother Nature.
