Heather Reade is a licensed acupuncturist and teacher of Tai Chi and Qigong with over 28 years of experience. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and is passionate about sharing the wisdom of East Asian health practices in grounded, accessible ways.Known for her gentle teaching style and deep respect for the body-mind connection, Heather creates safe, welcoming spaces where people can reconnect to breath, nature, and their own inner calm. Her events are infused with insight, warmth, and a belief in the healing power of seasonal living.
