My background is in education, working at all levels from Primary to Higher Education, teaching, assessing, tutoring, working with groups and one-to-one work. Having been a consultant in the field of Specific Learning Difficulties for twenty years, I fully appreciate how neurodiversity impacts people’s lives. My passion for access to education for all, led me to introduce Work Based Learning to organizations, enabling managers to gain degree level qualifications while still working full time.It was my experience of ME or chronic fatigue syndrome, diagnosed in 2002 that led me to explore the mind-body relationship and healing at a cellular level.I was already a certified practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, which I no longer offer as a stand-alone modality.My experience of chronic illness led me to explore how emotional health and well-being can support or hinder growth and qualified asa Journey Practitioner in 2011.This training introduced me to the Enneagram which I went onto study in depth with the Enneagram Institute. I qualified as an Integrative Enneagram Practitioner with Integrative Enneagram Solutions (IEQ9). Having a deeper understanding of how our emotional lives and our personalities affect our health I became fascinated by the body and how the Breath plays a vital part in creating a healthy body. Transformational Breath® taught me how an open healthy breath can quickly transform our lives on all levels. I qualified as a facilitator with The Transformational Breath® Foundation in 2015 and became a group leader two years later. During the pandemic I studied Magnetic Mind, a revolutionary method of coaching that enables you focus on your True End Results and not on the resistances that inevitably arise. I was certified as a Magnetic Mind Coach in 2021.
