HerrinFesta Italiana founded in 1991 and voted Best Festival in Illinois in 2014 is a tremendous crowd-pleaser. A celebration of the rich Italian heritage in Herrin, IL. We offer a music entertainment venue, a large carnival, and more than 30 other events that welcome thousands of visitors during Memorial Day Weekend it is a “don’t miss” festival to kick off your summer. Festa features great Italian food, family fun for the whole family including our grand parade, contests and pageants, bocce and golf tournaments, and a fine arts and crafts exhibit to spotlight the creative talents of regional artists and craftsmen.
