Holden Oversoul Kitchen and Oyster Bar is owned by Chef Jamie Allred. The restaurant opened in May 2024 in downtown Demorest, GA near the campus of Piedmont University at 546 Georgia Street. Since opening, it has already been recognized for several awards, including The Best Of Georgia for Specialty Restaurants in the state. HOKOB specializes in raw and cooked oysters featuring wild Gulf oysters and many specialty oysters from the East coast. It also specializes in farm to table cuisine featuring local beef, produce, pork, and other specalty items raised/grown in the area with a full service bar featuring specialty cocktails. Hours of operation are Tuesday-Saturday 4:30-9 (last seating) and a Saturday Happy Hour 2-4:30. Reservations are only accepted for parties of 6 or more.
