An Orange County native, Holly has always had a passion helping those in need. After working a decade in the corporate/healthcare industry she decided it was time to take a step back and find what truly fulfills her. Becoming a certified life coach in 2021 was the beginning of a new journey of self discovery and enlightenment. Whether facilitating a guided meditation, meeting with a coaching client, or playing a sound bath, she always immerses herself completely to ensure consistent results. Holly spends her down time researching neuroscience, basking in the sun at the beach, and curling up with her two cats.
