As Program Director at Hope WINS, Janelle collaborates with her team and community partners to create and lead programs that strengthen families and empower youth. She oversees the RISE Program, which includes Parent-to-Parent Partners, Parent Support Groups, and Family Engagement Nights, helping families access the support, resources, and connections they need to thrive.
