Based at the Hult International Business School's Ashridge campus in Hertfordshire, the Hult Ashridge Center for Executive Coaching bridges the gap between science and practice. Our coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that the relationship between coach and client is what drives the biggest impact. What happens in between.Our coaching faculty regularly publish and contribute to books and research papers, which is used to inform our teaching. We deliver executive coaching, team coaching and supervision programs and accreditation. Our programs are recognised by the EMCC at Senior Practitioner Level.
