Hummingbird Chocolate Maker

We craft small batches of dark chocolate directly from cacao beans in our new factory, store and café in Almonte, near Ottawa.We've won over 100 international awards for our chocolate, including the prestigious Golden Bean Award from the Academy of Chocolate in the UK.We hand sort, slow roast and stone grind until our chocolate is unique and delicious. We seek make the best possible chocolate, using the most pure ingredients and intense attention to craft.Visit our cafe for an amzing hot chocolate and pastry, or join us for a tour and learn how we make chocolate. Later on you can sample the deliciousness while possibly seeing our pastry chef create something wonderful in our Inventing Room.
