Iga (Ignis) Szymanska

Welcome stranger, nice to see you here!My name is Iga and I am an Illustrator and a Life Coach. I combine those two professions together in order to show you that art is a great tool to improve your mental well-being and a great tool for healing.I graduated (BA Hons) in Textile Design at Norwich University of the Art where I specialised in printmaking and illustration. I haven’t stopped making art ever since. Most of the time, you can find me sitting on the streets or in a nice busy cafe, drawing the street view in front of me; interacting with strangers. But I am alos a Mental Health Nurse in training who has been working in this field for many years now. For the past year I have been working on a wellbeing project in collaboration with The Garage Trust. The aim for this project is to bring community together in order to positively impact peoples’ mental health by using various creative outlets.My mission is to empower people and work with them to achieve their goals by using creative processes. With the use of free and mindful art, comes an exploration of the human mind and its playful nature.I hope I will meet you soon
