​Ingrid Gayle is a visionary entrepreneur, devoted mother, and community builder whose life journey has taken her from Toronto to Brooklyn, India, Costa Rica, and now Ottawa. In each place, she discovered spaces where movement became a form of healing. For Ingrid, dance is more than art; it's therapy. As Bob Marley once said, "When you dance, you feel no pain." Ingrid has lived this truth.Now residing in Ottawa, Ingrid missed that vital space for joyful expression. Rather than waiting for it to appear, she chose to create it. Thus, SHE GROOVES was born—a sanctuary where women can reconnect with their bodies, release stress, and rediscover joy through movement.​SHE GROOVES is a community rooted in rhythm, resilience, and empowerment.
