Founded in 1994 by Dilip K. Das, Ph.D., IPES is a registered Not-For-Profit 501(c)3 Educational Corporation and an approved NGO for the United Nations. It is funded by the benefaction of institutional supporters and sponsors that host IPES events around the world.
