Jaden is a biracial, black-bodied, man from the United States. His work is at the intersection of the mind and body, where he creates space for wholeness to emerge. He teaches somatics - movement, yoga, and meditation- has extensively studied the effects of trauma on the body-mind, and writes when inspired.
