JAIA YOUth's Mindful Leaders

The Mindful Leaders Institute is an internship for youth aged 16-21 to discover their voice and innate worth, create a life filled with possibilities, and connect with peers, mentors and support systems. The Mindful Leaders Institute is an evidence-informed personal and service leadership development program that gives youth and young adults the mindset, discipline and skills to lead meaningful lives of leadership and service integrating a diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging lens (DEIB).
